Getting my Life Back in Control

I am starting this blog, because I am going to make myself responsible for all of my actions, such as my eating habits! I WANT TO GET THIS WEIGHT OFF! I WANT TO GET HEALTHY! Not just for me, but for my family! So, here goes!

I weigh over 300 pounds, not exactly sure, but I will weigh in the morning and tell you for sure!
I want to get down to at least 200, if not less. I am going to document every day, my food intake, my exercise, whether I do it or not, and any other information that may help me to lose weight!
